The Good Soil farm project is a therapeutic land-based project located at Top Barn Farm in Worcestershire, The project has been offering purposeful activity and community to marginalised people from Worcester since 2005. Currently, farm activities are for residents from the Good Soil houses where individuals have connected through outreach and referrals from other agencies, including local probation and hostel services.

Activities range from general horticulture and animal care to rural crafts, landscaping, construction and woodwork.
